Using Propple

Propple is free to use during our launch period. Creating a profile, browsing workers, posting jobs within the standard limits, and chatting are free for both customers and workers.

Paying for services

The price of the actual service (for example a plumbing repair or house cleaning) is set by the worker and agreed directly between the customer and the worker before work begins. Workers display indicative rates in Indian Rupees (₹) on their profiles. Propple does not add a commission on top of the agreed price.

Optional paid platform services

Some optional services — such as profile verification checks or job postings beyond the free limit — may carry a fee. For any paid service:

• The exact price in Indian Rupees (₹), inclusive of applicable taxes, is always shown inside the app before you confirm payment.
• Payments are processed securely through RBI-regulated payment gateways.
• Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Service delivery

Propple is a services marketplace — nothing physical is shipped. Services booked through the Platform are rendered in person by the worker at the agreed time and place. Paid platform services (such as verification or additional postings) activate immediately after successful payment, and their status is visible in the app.
