Terms of Use

Welcome to Propple. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Propple website, mobile applications, and services (together, the "Platform"), operated by Odd & Even HR Advisors ("Propple", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Platform you agree to these Terms.

1. What Propple is

Propple is an online marketplace that connects people who need local services ("Customers") with independent workers and service providers ("Workers"). Propple itself does not provide the services listed by Workers, does not employ Workers, and is not a party to the service arrangement between a Customer and a Worker.

2. Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
• Accounts are created and verified using your mobile number and a one-time password (OTP).
• You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your device and number secure. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
• Information you provide (name, skills, rates, work area, and similar) must be accurate and kept up to date.

3. Using the Platform responsibly

• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes connected to finding or offering genuine services.
• Do not post false, misleading, abusive, or discriminatory content; do not harass other users.
• Do not attempt to defraud other users, solicit money outside a genuine service arrangement, or misuse another person's identity or documents.
• We may moderate content, and may restrict, suspend, or remove accounts that violate these Terms or put other users at risk.

4. Relationship between Customers and Workers

• Workers are independent providers. The scope, schedule, price, and performance of any service are agreed directly between the Customer and the Worker.
• Payment for services performed is made directly between Customer and Worker unless expressly stated otherwise on the Platform.
• Propple does not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or completion of any service, or the conduct of any user. Please exercise reasonable care and judgement.

5. Verification badges

Some profiles may display verification indicators (for example, identity or background checks completed through authorised verification agencies). These reflect a check completed at a point in time. They are aids to trust, not a guarantee or endorsement by Propple.

6. Paid platform services

Core use of the Platform is free. Certain optional services (for example, profile verification or additional job postings) may be offered for a fee. Prices are always shown within the Platform before you pay. Payments are processed by RBI-regulated payment gateways; refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Content you share

You retain ownership of the content you post (such as profile details, photos, and voice introductions) and grant Propple a licence to host and display it for the purpose of operating the Platform, including showing your professional profile to potential Customers.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Propple is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for disputes, damages, or losses arising from services arranged between users. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Platform is limited to the fees you paid to Propple in the six months preceding the claim.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Platform at any time and may request deletion of your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, applicable law, or the safety of the community.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Platform. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Ernakulam, Kerala, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you.
